The intelligent control system has been developed according to the control technique requirements of material conveying, cleaning and milling of beer mash process. It includes the programs of material intake, output and milling etc. The system hardware mainly consists of Siemens S7 PLC, site touch screen and other electric apparatus and has many advantages such as strong control ability, simple operation and complete automation of material processing and milling. The status of material intake, output, cleaning and weights are dynamically displayed by the simulation diagrams of the touch screen, which has seven main functions: parameter setting, fault display, history record, automatic control, manual control, step control and communication with the upper layer controller of mash process. All of control points employ closed-loop control and can cooperate with mill equipment. Therefore it realizes remote operation and supervision in the mash control room.

12. Automatic PH adjustment (optional)
13. Storage selection and confirmation
14. Material level detection of storage intake
15. Ten distributing functions of storage output
16. Weighing functions of storage intake and output
17. Anti-block function of conveying process
